We here at SULTRYPLAYGROUND™ will ship your orders based on your preferences. Our shipping options give you the resources and visibility you need at a cost you can manage. Our team packs your orders carefully and minimizes waste to ensure packages ship most efficiently and discreetly.

All orders are discreetly packaged and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States within 24-48 hours, Monday thru Friday. So, for example, if you ordered on the weekend, we would process and ship your order the first business day of the week.

For returns, shipping fees are charged by the carriers and are not refundable.

SULTRYPLAYGROUND™ does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Because packages can get lost or damaged in transit, we recommend your return packages be fully insured. We also recommend using a carrier like UPS or FedEx that provides proof of delivery for your protection.

Due to the delicate nature of the items, we sell, all returned items are disposed of immediately once credit has been issued.
